A semi-truck operated by the defendant driver collided with the rear of a motorhome occupied by the plaintiffs in Kootenai County, Idaho. The plaintiffs, including the motorhome operator and two passengers, alleged they sustained various injuries, pain, mental anguish, and economic losses as a result of the collision.
